Ce parcours d'apprentissage permet aux responsables de programme RPA d'apprendre à répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise, à identifier les opportunités d'automatisation des processus par la robotique ou RPA, à gérer la portée du projet d'automatisation et à développer et déployer des automatisations dans une organisation qui souhaite mettre en œuvre la RPA.

Objectifs du parcours d'apprentissage

À l'issue de ce parcours d'apprentissage, vous devrez être en mesure :

  • d'identifier la stratégie, le processus, le rôle, les responsabilités et les domaines technologiques essentiels à la mise en œuvre de la RPA ;
  • d'effectuer une évaluation de la complexité et de générer une échelle des efforts pour le développement et la normalisation de l'automatisation ;
  • de déterminer si l'automatisation d'une tâche ou d'un processus est réalisable ;
  • d'établir un centre d'excellence (COE) RPA pour Automation 360 ;
  • d'évaluer les outils d'analyse RPA à l'aide d'Automation 360 Bot Insight.
