Technical Support Specialist (Automation 360)

This learning trail is designed for Technical Support Specialists. It teaches you about the Automation 360 architecture, how to setup an Automation 360 Control Room to deploy and manage bots, and work with the Automation 360 Control Room APIs. It gets you started with the new action packages and features in Automation 360, IQ Bot and Bot Insight. It also prepares you to troubleshoot issues with Automation 360 by introducing various aspects of Automation 360 such as logs, repositories, credential vaults, and activities panel.
